1. Return Policy

We offer returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • You received a damaged or defective product

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging

  • Proof (images or video) must be sent on WhatsApp at the time of unboxing for verification


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order details and clear pictures/videos of the product issue

  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your request

Note: Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the mistake was from our side.


3. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • In case of an approved return, you will receive:

    • Exchange of the same product

    • Or Store Credit/Voucher valid for future purchases


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items returned after 2 days of delivery

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
