1. Delivery Method

 

  • All orders are shipped via trusted local courier services across Pakistan.
  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

2. Delivery Charges

  • A flat delivery charge of PKR 250 is applied to all orders, regardless of the location or number of items.

3. Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and public holidays.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation via WhatsApp or phone.
  • You will receive a confirmation message with your order details and tracking (if available).

5. Areas We Ship To

  • We deliver all over Pakistan.
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

  • In case of any delay, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually attempt delivery again.
